At Mount William Olive Grove we ensure our olives are of the highest quality. The time of harvest is critical. Harvest takes place in May’s early frosty mornings to the still cold nights. It is a Mount William Olive Grove policy that all olives are picked and pressed without delay, ensuring that our olives are pressed at their freshest.

Manzanillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Medium intensity aromas and flavours, herbaceous, grassy, vegetable character with some sweeter confectionary notes and sloww building pungency.  Awarded a 2013 Silver Medal by the Australian Olive Association.

Signature Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Intense complex aromas of banana, sweet spices and almond with a flavoursome palate and well balanced lasting presence with a warm spicy pungency that builds.  Awarded a 2013 Gold Medal by the Australian Olive Association.
